  So, LS is made the same way creosote starts out, it just filters out the &lt;br&gt; solids. That&#39;s exacly what liquid creosote is. One can do the same by &lt;br&gt; grabiing a glob of the hardened stuff, soaking it in water with a tiny bit &lt;br&gt; of acid, like vinegar, and once the glob has gone to solution, filter it &lt;br&gt; through a media.
