Hello Everyone: I am interested if anyone knows of any software that
would be suitable for use by a Condominium Board/Strata Owners
Association. I am looking for something fairly basic that would allow
us to track the records for one building with approximately 40
units.We don't need a professional of Property Management system or
any web publishing capabilities - we need something where we can keep
track of financial activity, maintenance history, expense records, and
other general record keeping.

Does anyone have any ideas?
